1 slice ginger plant
3 leaf of Salam
5 pieces of big red chilli finely pounded
2 clove of garlic
5 pcs candlenut
4 pcs shallot
1. Clean and cut chicken to be 4 pieces.
2. Finely Pound all cooking spices.
3. Boil chicken with finely pounded cooking spices, gingerplant, salam leaf and lemongrass untill cooked well.
4. Roast chicken with medium heat at the same time spread finely punded big red chilli, margarine and sweet soy sauce. Roast untill golden brown.
5. Ready to serve.
