- 1 whole chicken, cut into 12 pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 6 pieces long
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tbs margarine for saute
- 600 cc coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
- 2 tbs flour
- 5 tbs water
Finely Pounded Spices into Paste:
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 4 candlenuts
- 1 tsp corriander
- saute garlic, onion until fragrant. Add spices paste.
- Add chicken. Saute untill colour change.
- Pour coconut milk. Cook until the chicken tender.
- Pour Thickening.
- Ready to serve.
