Ayam Goreng Kalasan / Kalasan Fried Chicken

1 whole chicken cut in to 4 pieces
100 cc coconut milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
5 clove gralic finely punded
2 salam leaf
1 cm ginger plant
Salt, palm sugar as your taste
Adequate oil

How to:
1. Boil chicken with coconut milk and all ingredients untill tender.
2. Fried chicken untill golden brown colour.
3. spread left boiling coconut milk on chicken.
4. serve with Kalasan fried chicken sauce / Sambal Ayam Goreng Kalasan.
