Beef Karmanaci | Karmanaci


Ingredients :

  • 500 g beef sirloin, cut into thinly bite-sized
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 500 ml water

Spices :

  • 3 tbsp shallots
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • Pinch of cumin
  • 1 tsp sliced galangal
  • 1 tsp sliced ginger
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

How To Make :

  1. Blend all ingredients in spices into a paste. Mix beef with the paste and put in a pan.
  2. Pour water in the pan and let cook over medium heat until tender and the sauce evaporates.
  3. Add oil, stir thoroughly until dry and remove from the heat.
  4. Serve in a serving plate.
