Beef Rendang / Rendang Daging

1 Kg beef meet cut into 15 pieces
2 ltr coconut milk from 3 whole coconut grated and squeez
1 lemongrass crushed
1 tamarind leaf
5 kaffir lime leaf

Finely pounded spices into paste:
12-20 Big red chilli
6 shallot
3 clove garlic
1 cm ginger
5 cm lengkuas

How to:
1. Boil coconut milk with tamarind leaf, kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass. Then add spices paste untill boilling and reduce the heat untill small heat.
2. Add beef meat and stirr untill coconut milk become thick and meat well cooked.
3. Remove from pan.
4. Ready to serve.
5. Best served with rice for 6-8 persons.
