Bocouse D’OR Cooking Competition

Bocouse d’Or Cooking Competition 2008 will be held for the first time in Indonesia as a part of National Salon Culinaire 2008 activity. Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) will become standing committe for international cooking competition. Participant from Every country that participated are the winner of national competition on each country, which is for Indonesia the competition will be held as a part of Salon Culinaire 2008 on Bali Food Hotel Tourism on 28 February untill 1 May 2008 at Nusa dua.

During the competition, participant will formed 1 team contains with 2 Professional cook from hotel or restaurant industries and 1 assistant from hotel/resaturant where they from. This team must prepared and served dishes in 180 minutes. 1 dishes made from fish fro 14 pax with continental style. Dishes must be served with 14 plates with 2 garnish style. Every team will be work in the kitchen in front of audience.

Winner of Indonesian Bocouse d’Or Cooking Competition will have a honor to representative Indonesia at Asian Bocouse d’Or 2008, held at Gourmet World Shanghai, Pudong China from 29 – 31 May 2008. This international cookin competition will be show you all the cooking artist from 12 country around the world and the winner will be get the world most precious title for cooking competition.
