Green Cake From Palembang | Bolu Koja



  • 3 duck eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 75 ml pandanus leaf juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make:

  1. In a  bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until firm.
  2. Add wheat flour gradually and coconut milk in turn well blended.
  3. Add pandanus leaf  juice and salt and mix well the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased mould round ring cake
  5. Bake in a moderate heat oven until done.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  7. Cut into slice or wedges and serve.
