- 3 duck eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g wheat flour
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 75 ml pandanus leaf juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until firm.
- Add wheat flour gradually and coconut milk in turn well blended.
- Add pandanus leaf juice and salt and mix well the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased mould round ring cake
- Bake in a moderate heat oven until done.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Cut into slice or wedges and serve.
