Rice Dumpling served with Vegetables | Lontong Sayur

Ingredients:

  • For Rice Dumpling:
  • 500 gr rice, washed and drain
  • Banana leaves
  • toothpick for cliping banana leaves

For vegetables:

  • 3 tbs oil for frying
  • 1 lemongrass, take the white part, bruised
  • 2 salam leaves
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 300 gr shrimp, cleaned
  • 500 gr chayote (labu Siam), cut into julienne
  • 20 pcs petai, cut into half
  • 1250 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Green Papaya with Coconut Milk | Sayur Pepaya Muda

  • 350 gr green papaya, cut into 4×2x2 cm
  • 1 fried soy bean curd, cut into 4×6 cm
  • 2 bunch long bean, cut into 10 cm long
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 2 lime leave
  • 3 lemongrass
  • 1 tbs fried onion
  • 500 ml water
  • salt, sugar and pepper for seasoning

Fish Croquette | Perkedel Ikan

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr fillet red Snapper fish, finely pounded
  • 150 gr shrimp, chopped roughly
  • 2 tbs sago flour
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 big red chili, seedless and cut into dice
  • 1 pieces long bean, sliced
  • 1 tbs coriander leave, chopped

Finely Pounded Spices into Paste:

  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • oil to fry
