- White cabbage (diced)
- Green beans
- Bean sprouts
- 2 Eggs (hard boiled)
- Peanut Sauce
- Prawn crackers
How to make:
- Separately boil all the vegetables lightly.
- Drain and arrange in layers on a dish.
- Pour the Peanut Sauce over this.
- Decorate with the sliced egg and tomatoes
- Just before serving, sprinkle the crackers over the sauce.
- Best enjoyed when salad is cooled down slightly.
