Cooked Mixed Vegetables With Peanut Sauce | Gado Gado



  • White cabbage (diced)
  • Green beans
  • Bean sprouts
  • Carrots
  • 2 Eggs (hard boiled)
  • Tomatoes
  • Peanut Sauce
  • Prawn crackers

How to make:

  1. Separately boil all the vegetables lightly.
  2. Drain and arrange in layers on a dish.
  3. Pour the Peanut Sauce over this.
  4. Decorate with the sliced egg and tomatoes
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the crackers over the sauce.
  6. Best enjoyed when salad is cooled down slightly.
