Corn Rice | Nasi Jagung
- 1.5 cups rice, washed thoroughly
- 1.5 cups sweetcorn kernels, cut from raw corn cobs, or tinned sweetcorn
How To Make :
- Put the rice and raw sweetcorn in a pot with 3 cups of water and bring to the boil. If using tinned sweetcorn, do not add at this stage.
- Simmer rice and corn until water is absorbed. If using tinned sweetcorn, add now.
- Reduce heat to low and cook rice and corn for a further 10 minutes until rice is dry and fluffy. Serve immediately.
