Cup Cakes In Banana Leaves | Kue Popaco

Ingredients :
- 4 egss
- 150 g sugar
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1500 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 500 g brown sugar, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 young coconut milk, shredded
- 200 g canaries, chopped
- 30 pandanus leaves to make cups
- 600 ml coconut milk
- 10 corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pandan leaf
How to make :
- In a bowl beat together sugar and eggs until firm. Add wheat flour, vanilla, and coconut milk, mix until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and salt, stir until well blended, set aside.
- Make cups from pandanus leaves. Put shredded coconut and canaries in the cups, pour the batter 2/3 of the cup.
- Put in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes, sllow to cool.
- Arrange in a serving dish and serve.
