- 750 gr beef lung
Finely Pounded spices into paste:
- 8 cloves gralic
- 5 tbs coriander, fried w/o oil
- 10 shallots
- 1 1/2 tbs salt
- Bring to boil beef lung until tender, cut into 1/2 cm thick.
- Marinated beef lung with spices paste.
- Dried beef lung under the sun.
- Deep fried beef lung until crisp.
