Empek – empek Goreng Santan / Fried Empek – empek

400 gr mackerel minced
250 cc coconut milk from 1 whole coconut
125 gr egg white
50 gr mince shallot
150 gr corn starch
10 gr salt
15 gram msg
2 tbs flour
0,25 tsp white ground pepper
1 tsp salted soya sauce

How to:
1. Mix Coconut milk, egg white, corn starch, pepper, salted soya sauce, salt, msg and shallot and stir it.
2. Form into small ball, then boil untill floated in the boiling water.
3. Fried if ready to serve.
