Green Mango and Tuna Salad Moluccas Style | Sambal Tappa

Ingredients :
- 1 UNRIPE MANGO, peeled and cut in thin strips
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 500 GRAM TUNA, grilled
- BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 100 GRAM BEAN SPROUTS
- 1/4 CUP COCONUT MILK
- 1 TBSP GREEN MANGO SAMBAL
How To Make
- Mix the sambal with the coconut milk. Sprinkle the mangoes with salt. Cut the tuna in cubes.
- Mix the mango, tuna, onions and bean sprouts and coconut dressing and toss before serving.
