Green Mango and Tuna Salad Moluccas Style | Sambal Tappa


Ingredients :

  • 1 UNRIPE  MANGO, peeled and cut in thin strips
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 500 GRAM TUNA, grilled
  • BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, chopped
  • 100 GRAM BEAN SPROUTS
  • 1/4 CUP COCONUT MILK
  • 1 TBSP GREEN MANGO SAMBAL

How To Make

  1. Mix the sambal with the coconut milk. Sprinkle the mangoes with salt. Cut the tuna in cubes.
  2. Mix the mango, tuna, onions and bean sprouts and coconut dressing and toss before serving.
