Grilled Fish with Manggo Sauce | Ikan Panggang Sambal Mangga

Ingredients:
- 2 Pomfret fish @ 300gr, cleaned
- 1 tbs lime squash
- 1 tsp salt
Glaze:
- 3 tbs sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbs salted butter, melted
- 2 clove garlic, finely pounded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Mango sauce:
- 1 young mango fruit, shredded
- 2 lime leaf
- 1 tomato, sliced
Finely pounded spices inti paste:
- 5 red chilli
- 12 red bird eye chilli
- 3 shallots
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 tsp salt
Additional:
- kaffir lime
- Kemangi
How to:
- clean the fish, baste with lime squash and salt.
- Heat 2 tbs oil and saute spices paste with lime leaf until fragrant.
- Add mango and tomatoes, stir well.
- Glaze the fish and grill until done.
- Ready to serve. Serve grilled fish with mango sauce and kaffir lime and kemangi.
