Honey Beef | Daging Masak Madu


Ingredient:

  • 250 gr tenderloin, cut into jardiniere
  • 1 red pepper, cut into jardiniere
  • 1 green pepper, cut into jardieniere
  • 50 gr bean sprout
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbs salt soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sago flour
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 3 tbs oil for saute

How to:

  • Mix tenderloin, honey, Worcester sauce, salt soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, sago flour and oil.
  • Heat oil. Saute mix tenderloin untill half cook.
  • Add red pepper, green pepper and bean sprout. Saute untill soft and well cook.
  • Ready to serve.
