Hot and Sour Fish | Ikan Asam Pedas

Ingredients :
- 500 g tuna fish, clean and drain
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 ml water
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 5 capsicums
- 1 stalk lemon grass, bruised
- 1 tbsp sliced garlic
- 2 tbsp sliced shallots
- 1 tsp sliced ginger
- 1 tsp sliced galangal
- 1 tbsp sliced turmeric
- 2 tbsp sliced red chilies
- 1 tsp salt
How To Make :
- Blend garlic, shallots, ginger, galangal, turmeric, chilies, and salt into a paste.
- Put oil in a pan, saute the paste over medium heat. Add kaffir lime leaves, capsicums, and lemon grass, stir until fragrant.
- Pour water into the pan and season with lime juice and fish sauce.
- Add the fish and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice.
