Minced Beef Satay | Sate Pusut


Ingredients :

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 10 (bamboo) skewers/sticks

Spices :

  • 2 1/2 tbsp sliced capsicums
  • 2 1/2 tbsp red chilies
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How To Make :

  1. Blend all spices into a paste.
  2. In a bowl, toss beef with coconut and the paste thoroughly.
  3. Divide into balls, then put the satay stick in the middle of each ball, from the meatball into a shape of sausage around the stick.
  4. Grill the satay in over  charcoal barbecue, turning several times until golden brown.
  5. Serve in a serving dish.
