Minced Beef Satay | Sate Pusut

Ingredients :
- 250 g minced beef
- 100 g grated coconut
- 10 (bamboo) skewers/sticks
Spices :
- 2 1/2 tbsp sliced capsicums
- 2 1/2 tbsp red chilies
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
How To Make :
- Blend all spices into a paste.
- In a bowl, toss beef with coconut and the paste thoroughly.
- Divide into balls, then put the satay stick in the middle of each ball, from the meatball into a shape of sausage around the stick.
- Grill the satay in over charcoal barbecue, turning several times until golden brown.
- Serve in a serving dish.
