Oxtail Soup / Sup Buntut

1 cut/ 1 kg beef oxtail
200 gr carrot sliced
2 tomatoes cut into 6 shape
5 leek cut into 2 cm shape
3 celer stalk cut into 2 cm shape
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbs fried onion

How to:
1. Beef oxtail cut based its joint, boiled with salt. remove from pan After become soft and cooked well. Take the oxtail stock about 1 1/2 ltr, add water if necessary.
2. Add beef oxtail to stock and boil. Add carrots, tomatoes, leek, celery, pepper and nutmeg. Cook untill all ingredient cooked well. Remove and serve with fried onion.
3. Better serve fresh from the pan.
