Prawn Sambal | Sambal Udang

Ingredients:
- 1 kg prawn, removed the shell, leave the tail.
- 4 tbs oil
- 400 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 tsp lime squash
Finely Pounded Spices into Paste:
- 10 big red chili
- 5 candlenut
- 8 shallot
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp whole pepper
- 2 tomato
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 tsp fried/roasted shrimp paste
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tsp sugar
How To:
- Saute spices paste untill fragrant and cooked well.
- Add prawn, stir until red.
- Pour coconut milk and lime squash.
- Cook with small heat until boiled and thickened
- Ready to serve
