Spice Paste For Vegetable – Balinese Style | Jukut


Ingredients :

  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, mashed
  • 1 TBSP chili paste
  • 25 GRAM CANDLE NUTS
  • 1 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
  • 1 TSP TURMERIC
  • 1/2 TBSP SHRIMP PASTE
  • PIECE OF LEMON GRASS, chopped
  • 50 GRAM COOKING OIL
  • 1/2 TBSP PEPPERCORNS

How To Make :

  1. Grind all ingredients together, using a food processor or mortar and pestle.
  2. Fry the paste 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring well. Keep in the fridge until use.
