Spicy Peanut Mixed With Medan’s Anchovies | Balado Teri Kacang


Ingredients :

  • 100 gr. tiny salted fish/medan’s anchovies (rice teri dish)
  • 100 gr. peanut
  • 3 small shallots
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tsp. vegetables oil

How To Make

  1. Stir fry anchovies and peanut with 1 tsp. oil until golden brown.  Remove and leak through. Set aside.
  2. Slice shallots very thinly and also slice both chilies in round forms then stir fry these with 1 tsp. oil until faded.
  3. Add the peanut and tiny fish and mix it for approximately 2 minutes. Remove and ready to serve
