Squid Sambal | Sambal Cumi

Ingredients:
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 salam leaf
- 250 gr medium squid, cleaned, sliced
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbs lime squash
Finely Pounded Spices Into Paste:
- 6 shallots
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced small chilli
- 1 tsp sliced lemongrass
- 1/2 tsp fried shrimp paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
How To:
- Saute all spices paste untill fragrant.
- add tomato, kaffir lime leaf and salam leaf. Stir until all mixed and tender.
- add squid, stir until hard form.
- Pour coconut milk, lime squash and cook with small heat until thickened.
- served hot.
