1,5 kg beef w/o fat, cut into 1,5 x 5 x 7 cm
1 lemongrass crushed
5 tbs soya sauce
3 tbs vegetable oil
1 ltr water
Finely pounded spices into paste:
12 pcs red chilli
5 pcs candlenut
7 pcs shallot
3 clove garlic
1 tsp ginger, slices
1,5 tsp shrimp paste
1. Saute all spices paste with 2 tbs vegetable oil with medium heat untill good smell.
2. Put all ingredients, stir untill beef change clolour.
3. Add 1 ltr water, stirr untill thw water thick and beef become soft. Remove from pan.
4. Ready to serve for 4-5 person.
